iPhone 6 plus incoming sound problem
Not getting ring or text tones for incoming calls or text. When I sample ring tones in settings they sound perfect.

Bit obvious, but check if Do Not Disturb or your Vibrate / Sound switch is on. If that doesn’t fix it, let me know.
