Touch screen works when it wants

When i touch screen will execute 1 out 7-8 times. I had the very same problem before but solved it by adjusting the ten micro screws that holds the front bezel in place. Since then i replaced out the old screen cause of dead pixels and in with the brand new one. Then put everything back together and once again with the same problem.
