Samsung UN55KU6600FXZA Blinking, Won't Power On

Hello,

I have a Samsung 55” LED TV manufactured in 2017. Model Code: UN55KU6600FXZA, Version No: FA01.

It recently started blinking on and off for about ½ second each time. The remote shows a sequence of a red flashing light with 3 flashes/pause/3flashes/pause. I purchased a new WIFI module, motherboard, and power supply from shopjimmy and replaced all of those. I plugged it in and it continued to do the same thing. I took the batteries out of the remote, held the power button on the TV for 30 seconds, and tried again. Same result.

At this point, I’m assuming that the panel is bad but I’m up for any other suggestions before I junk it. Thank you in advance!
