iPhone 5s water damaged .30 mA stuck

Hello there, have an iPhone 5s, was water damaged, Short on VCC_Main remove by knocking off C103_RF near U15, short was gone and now its stuck at .30 mA on the DCPS. First time fixing a 5s. Any help would be lovely :D

I2c Line problem or secondary section capacitor shortage or leakage.
