No Picture but got sound

Hello, I have a Samsung tv and it had a black screen with just sound. Just replaced a T-con board and I powered it up. The display showed "Smart Tv" on the screen for a few seconds and then everything went blank like before. I tried removing the power and powering it up again but display does not show "smart TVs" like before. Could this be a bad display or fault T-con board.

Can you shine a flashlight onto the screen? If so, do you see an image?

I tried that and did not see anything.

@aoc3716 Can you take the back off the TV and check for blown fuses and blown/burned components?
