The RCA dogs and white screen trying to come on but it goes back in.

When I turn TV off and back on I can see that the RCA dogs and white screen trying to come on but it goes back in.

Patricia Mauldin what is the model number for your TV.? Exactly what do you mean by "dogs and white screen trying to come on but it goes back in."? Is your screen turning off? Is your TV turning off? What have you tried to fix this?
