My acer aspire v3 is not buteing up
power light on blue light on below mouse orange light blinking on and off

remove the memory and check if you are getting the same error, if yes try with a different memory if you have two memory modules check with each.
remove the cmos batter and power battery and keep th elaptop for 15 min , connect the direct power and switch on again

Also listen for beeps. Some of the motherboards have beep codes that will sound if specific components have failed.
