Xbox not acknowledging the disk?

My xbox original use to work fine but when it fell, everything seemed fine however, the disks wouldnt be read. Not even a message would pop up. I also noticed that the disk was not spinning like it has to. What could be the problem?

Try cleaning where the disk goes with some canned air
