My PSP'S analog stick's tiny stick has come out. How to fix it back?

It’s the thing under the analog stick when you remove it apparently comes out, but because of that I’ve not been able to put it back correctly can some one please help as I’m new to repairing stuff.

Help will always be appreciated!

Yes that's what I thought but how do I do that? I can't see an upload button anywhere. Ok got it, I uploaded the image.

@vpkami looks like the center pin is actually broken of the stick. At this time you need to consider replacing it. Use something like this video to work on it. The stick is still widely available and cost is anywhere between $3 to $10 USD
