Is there a way to manually light the LEDs?

So I tried not breaking the screen when following the teardown instructions, but the connector got a tear and the screen got a crack.

I was wondering if you guys would know how to manually put power to the mini LED backlights, so I can still use it for something.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

well if you broke the screen and the connecter then its your bad, and since the mini led’s are so small you can’t extract them, and since apple also harasses 3rd party repair,i dont think you can manually light them and use them.

If you like trying tinkering with this kind of things, you could try to throw 1 V to each rail with the ground on the first or last pin, Probably nothing is gonna happen, but at least you tried.
