Why is my phone not turning on but keeps on vibrating

I have a Nokia 3.1 and it keeps vibrating whether it’s on charge or not. I’ve tried multiple chargers thinking that it was dead but it still wouldn’t turn on. I don’t know if it’s the chargers not charging it or not seeing as that it only vibrates and not turning on so I can see the percentage which it normally does when it is dead. The night before all this happened I was on it at 2 am came off when it was 4% I did put it and charge and it showed that it was charging but the next morning it wouldn’t turn on. I am writing this two days after. Can someone please help me?????
