Microphone don't work only with telephone
Microphone don't work with telephone, but work well with recorder.
Anyone know the solution ?
Work also if I use headphone…

Hi,
Check that the voice inlet hole on the bottom edge of the phone is not blocked with lint etc.
Do not use a pin or probe to try and clear it as you may damage the microphone that is located behind the hole.
Use a vacuum cleaner to try and suck out any debris that may be blocking the voice inlet hole
If still no good, try starting the phone in safe mode and check if it works OK. If it does then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem The trick is to find out which one. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and wasn’t already pre-installed when you first got it.

With safe mode I have solved the problem. Now the problem is find the problematic app :(

maybe check your downloaded apps' "permissions" and see which ones are allowed microphone access. Try turning off the mic permission in those app (if possible) one at a time or all of them and then giving permission to one only and then check if it works in normal mode.
Otherwise the other way is to delete each downloaded app one by one and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall to see if it works OK. When it does then the last app that was deleted was the problem.
If you have my kind of luck in will be the very last one of your apps that you delete and not the first ;-)
