Blinking green red . I did thermal compound? Don,t come on sowant to know if the fan good or I have to put a new one please help or power suppy?

Just reading the manual, it probably means that the PS3 is over heating. I would consider the same fix as for the YLOD. Check on here for the kit. You can of course also try using a multimeter and see if your power supply provides the actual output. You can download a few manuals from here and here and the level 3 service manual from here

Have you tested your output to the fan with a multimeter.?
