Why im not getting led light and ps button not working

Hi, im currently repairing some dualshocks 4. I changed the usb ic controller from a jdm-030 that was not working properly, now it seems to be working fine except it doesnt turn on, and i dont get the led light from the usb daughter board to get on. If i plug the controller through usb to windows 10 i can get it working with all the buttons and analog sticks working ok, but my PS4 doesnt detect the pad, and if i press the ps button i get nothing. what can it be?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The PS button could be faulty. I know a video about 5 tricks to fix the D-PAD that also work for the PS button : https://youtu.be/YGFSXkWljlY

Sadly enough its not the button or the printed circuit, that would be an easy fix. I think it has more to do with a board problem.
