Can't download pictures - says no pictures found

I have pictures on my phone put when trying to put on PC it says no pictures were found.

Options

Try copying and pasting the pictures into a different folder on your phone. For example, move them from your Downloads folder to your Pictures folder. Then try to access them from your PC again.
