Are display connectors universal between phones?

Hello, I dropped my S10+ today and the screen slightly cracked and the display is just all green. The touch function works though.

I found out a replacement lcd is around $300, which is quite high. I can get a refurbed S10+ for $400…

My question is that, is it possible to connect some cheap $20 lcd+screen so that I can access my app data, google authenticator, etc? Are the display connections universal between phones? I'm thinking of taking apart my S10 and connecting a cheap LCD just to get my data and then throwing the phone away .

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

If you can get a cheap donor device or damaged display you can swap the board as long as it’s an S10+. I don’t blame you for looking at other options given the cost of OLED panels for these phones.
