My screen stopped working after disassembly?

Hello,

I ordered a new home button for my iPhone and decided to change it myself. I did everything really carefully, according to this manual: iPhone 4S Teardown .But after reassembly, I end up with the screen not working, only the backlight. I tried reseting the phone, suggested by some people on the forums, but it didn't work. The phone sync fine and it could take calls, so I guess the logic board is fine.

Does anyone have any idea, what might be the problem?

Thanks

Update

It seems that the ribbon cable of the Digitizer is tore. They are extremely delicate, so even a slight bending will break them.

For the future, I would recommend using the guides and not the teardowns. The teardowns do not feature much in the way of disassembley instructions, where as the installation guides do! When you go to do your display check out this guide.
