Can’t use both Recovery modes also can’t boot from usb

So while I was messing around and resizing the partition for windows bootcamp I think I might have messed around and deleted the mac partition. I can’t boot from mac OS only windows. While I press down the option key the macintosh hd icon appears but when I press it, it just starts booting on and off without doing anything. The only solution would be to reinstall mac OS. I have a macbook air 2018 that originally came with mojave which I’ve never really changed or upgraded. Recovery mode doesn’t work at all. Internet recovery mode only gets to the part where I select my wifi and put in the password and it takes a long time for the progress bar to fill to eventually show nothing. I dont have another macbook but I do have a pc with windows 10 on it so I used Transmac to try to make a bootable usb with a mojave installer on it but that didn’t work either. According to Apples website my model has a T2 security chip which means the choice to boot from from an externel drive is disabled but I cant obviously allow it at this point since I dont have access. What can I do at this point I really want to use Mac OS again. I’ll be darned if I have an expensive macbook and the only option is to use windows on it.

Answer this question I have this problem too

I hope you have a backup of your stuff!

Time to visit a local mac guru who can help you. The T2 systems are very tricky when the drives are messed up. Even I’ve had to throw the towel in on a few passing them over to an Apple Store as they have some special tools not available to the independent repair shops.
