Why won't my iPod nano let me get out of voice over?

I was playing around with my iPod nano (6th Generation), and I accidently put it into "voice over". I had been listening to the radio so when I went back it was in radio and now it won't let me get out of radio. If you have any idea's they would really help, thanks!
