Unable to close list of open apps

After replacing my old screen with a new one, At the bottom on my iPhone 11 is a bar when you slowly swipe up you can close the open apps, but this doesn't work anymore. However, when I hold the device horizontally (landscape) then I manage to swipe up and I can close the open apps.

Furthermore, the screen responds perfectly when I swipe from the main screen to the next screen and back. I have reconnected the 2 cables (digitizer and LCD cable disconnected, also switched off the iPhone and restarted it, but I can't get it resolved

Is it possible it may have something to do with the serial number of this new iPhone 11 screen A+ ?

There are 3 different serialnumbers: (C11 or F7C from Toshiba), (DTP or C3F from LG) and (DKH or CON from SHARP). My new screen was iPhone 11 A+ (DKH from Sharp)
