Remove and clean "Ink Pads" HP 5610 Officejet AIO Printer.

How can I take out and clean the “ink pads” of my HP 5610 Officejet AIO Printer ?

They are on the right side of the printer, close to the cartridges; apparently there are 4 screws to remove, but I see only one…….
