My Wii u won’t let anything sync

My game pad broke around a year ago and my Wii was on a shelter collecting dust until recently when I decided to buy a pro controller. However my Wii won’t sych to it. I tested out my controller on a friends Wii u. What’s the problem?

Try replacing the Bluetooth module. That might be it.
