New replacement screen is overlapping 4th new one ive bought

I've replaced the screen 4 times now and all of them have this problem where the status bar at the top is tripled or quadrupled and is not working properly. Old screen works fine but is shattered really badly.

Clean the flex connector and make sure that it seated correctly.
