The screen looks cracked on the inside but no visible cracks on the ou

The screen will light up but it looks shattered. There are no visible cracks on the screen itself just looks like the interior is broke. Would a replacement screen and new digitizer fix it?

Yes, you might be able to just replace the inner layer otherwise the whole thing can get replaced and it should be all good.
