What Kingston SSD should I put in this MacBook?

I have a late 2008 MacBook with a failing hard drive and I want to put a Kingston ssd in it to make it fast and usable again. Which one should I put in it?

In reviewing your systems specs we can see the HDD SATA port is limited to SATA II (3.0 Gb/s) I/O drives.

Here’s one Kingston drive that would work Kingston 2.5” A400 SATA SSD

I personally would use 2.5” Samsung 860 EVO SSD
