Why is my S10 crashing to shutdown

After experiencing the Google update error with “Android system webview" I can not update or reinstall as my phone shuts down. However it gets to the Sprint logo and freezes. It remains here until losing power.

After total power loss I recharge battery about 15% and restart phone. I try going to store to update my web view and crash phone into shut down. I try to access through settings/applications and again phone crashes to sut down. Sprint store no help.

HELP me please.

Most Helpful Answer

1. Go to your phones Settings,

2. Go to Apps or Manage Apps,

3. Find and click on the Google Play Store to access its details/properties screen,

4. Click the 3 dots at the top,

5. Select "Uninstall Updates".

This should prevent it from crashing or boot looping.
