That is an interesting one! I wont ask.

This is really important! - First unplug charger/power supply and take out the battery.

Dell Inspiron 13-7353 Battery Replacement

Then discharge the power stored on laptop by pressing power button.

It would just patiently use wooden toothpicks and dry interdental brushes might help. Take rests frequently and look carefully into the jack.

If that doesn’t work you could also just use a Plug and Play USB audio adapter or a USB headset.
