Generation 1 Right AirPod keeps disconnecting

I'm having disconnecting issues with the Right Gen 1 AirPods. After a short while the right AirPod disconnects, battery ok. Back in case and then it work again? I have even bought a new right AirPod with the hope that would sort it all out but the same issues with the new one, left is ok. Running the up to date firmware and an iPhone 11 on IOS14. :-(

Probably need a replacement pod. You can find them for good prices online.
