Lower Case noise when I touch it

when I touch the Lower Case create a noise.

You're flexing the case. Don't do that.

have you taken the bottom case off before? If so there are two nubs sticking out from it that connect to plastic pieces that sit in an area of the frame of the top case nest to the logic board. I would pull the bottom case and make sure that the two plastic pieces are where they should be. There should be 10 screws in the bottom case 3 long ones and 7 short ones. There is also the possibility that there is some sort of sticky liquid residue on the bottom case that is sticking to the fan when you push down on the bottom case and then popping back up.

no i did not take the bottom case off because the macbook is just bought it.

and can you take a photo of bottom case at these two nubs?

just take the bottom case off. You will not hurt anything, just do not loose any screws and all will be well. You will see the nubs sticking up from the bottom case once it is off. The plastic mounts for them are located directly where the nubs are on an aluminum support.
