Why is my passenger window not working and stuck 1/4 down?

2007 pathfinder - all the rest of the windows work. Passenger window has gone

down 1/4 and will NOT go up or down. Now my battery is run down and cannot start the car - battery is relatively new Interstate battery.

So I am GUESSING that there is some sort of electrical issue with the door window that also has drained my battery.

I read that there is some sort of regulator AND a motor in the door that controls the window operation.

Any recommendations on which of these components has failed ?
