My phone was decreasing it's battery level even though it's off

I bought this phone about a month ago

After the third week of use it starts to decrease it’s battery level/percentage

As whay I thought the charging port affects this thing

I wanna know the truth

How much charge does it lose overtime? If it's a small percentage that's completely normal

Options

Small amounts of power get lost over time, if alot of power is being used there might be apps in the background running
