Where to buy a quality battery?

Battery life on my Note 9 has tanked recently and I’m looking to replace the battery. The only problem is that no one seems to sell Note 9 batteries??

ifixit doesn’t sell it. Their affiliate link is out of stock. Amazon has a few low-review “upgrade” options, but I’m really hesitant to buy a Note 9 battery of poor quality.

Are my fears unreasonable? Is there a recommended store which guarantees their batteries?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi,

Best that I can suggest is to search for EB-BN965ABU OEM battery to find suppliers.

Check for any reviews about the seller and then go with what you feel is the best.

Here’s the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Note9 Battery Replacement guide that may help.

I guess I'm looking for a recommendation for a reseller? Perhaps the preferred source for repair shops?

My best bet from amazon is maybe the ASDAWN brand but everything has less than 10 reviews...

Recommendations are too subjective so is usually not done on this site but you could try searching for repairers in your location - just type location in the search box, using this link as they all adhere to the ideals of ifixit

Thanks for the link!

Since ifixit *does* post affiliate links, but the current link is out of stock, I was hoping to prompt an update to the link, or maybe another preferred affiliate.

@seanbates

Maybe post a question on the main ifixit website which is monitored by the admin of ifixit, asking about any more affiliate suppliers etc.

They are based in San Luis Obispo, California USA so you may have to allow for any time difference with your location before getting a response
