Accidentally touched flash capasitor. Is it dead?

I was opening up my camera to do some maintenance. In the middle of my session, I accidentally touched both ends of the flash capacitor. (yes, It shocked me). I put the camera back together, no signs of life.

Could that have completely killed the camera? I’m hoping I could have done some connector wrong.

I’m not looking for somebody to help me fix it, just some knowledge and advice.

I opened the camera back up again, made sure every connector is on right, and put it back together. To my surprise, it worked perfectly. Even the flash. I had shocked myself 3 times while disassembling it. I’ll leave this up as hope for people who made the same mistake.
