Me and my cousin bought a iphone 4s last friday and firstly there are many crashes happening when i try to access settings it just crashes and freezes sometimes next siri sometimes says cannot connect. Mostly crashes with settings everyday.

Probably a software issue, does your cousins phone appear to have the same problems? The faster you go back to the store, the more likley they will replace the phone immediately (different from brand to brand) as the product is a DOA (dead on arrival).

Since this is a new phone, I would suggest that you have it checked by the vendor where you purchased it from.
