Head lights flash and horn sounds while I'm driving.

While I'm driving my headlights flash and my horn honks almost as if it's in Panic. I've had a few quirks with the electrical system ever since we put LED headlights in. I'm not sure if that's the issue but nothing seems to work besides unhooking the battery. Even then it starts up again after a while.

That’s the theft alarm falsely going off. You obviously did something during the LED upgrade. You may want to fix that soon, as police really don’t like hearing theft alarms going off.
