Ps5 disc player app freezing and crashing while watching movies .

Last night tried to watch my first 4K Blu-ray but 10 minutes into the movie it froze and was unresponsive. I was able to pull up the Game Center but when I tried to back out to the console menu the screen went black for 45 seconds and then the app crashed. Has anyone else had this issue

I turned off the bd-live feature and haven’t had a issue yet. Granted I don’t watch many movies on it

I've had this issue with some 4K discs, while others play fine. My TV is a Vizio E70-F3 Smartcast. It seems to happen after 30 - 45 minutes into the movie for me. I'm hoping Sony will patch this. None of the suggestions I've found online have worked. It's very frustrating.
