Why theres no small black latch on cable 3?

i opened my iphone, and theres no small black latch that holds the cable 3, i dnt know what to do, i cant removed the cable 3, pls help..

If connector 3 is white the latch is black. If the connector is black the latch is white. The small latch just flips up with gentle push up. Then cable 3 slides smoothly out.

Brad is spot on, the only other choice is that the phone has been opened before and there is no tab. Try just gently sliding the cable from the connector.. it isn't like cable no.1 or 2 that pop up, this one slides in under the white or black cover.
