Whats is the Rosaline + Misc connector for?

I am having an infinite bootloop problem in my iPhone X.It shows the Apple logo again and again. After a lot of trials I disconnected the Rosaline + Misc connector, and with it disconnected the iPhone starts without problem.

In red the connector I disconnected to make it restart:

My question is, whats is this conenctor for? I read about it is for Lightning connectgor and mic, but I can’t find much info about. Its a good idea to change this flexcable? What do you recommend me once I checked the mother board probably is ok.

Thanks in advance.

It’s the front flex cable connector it is for the front mic, strobe driver and proximity sensor. These often fail producing the boot loop you are facing. The only way to rule out a parts issue or board issue is to replace the flex assembly and see if the problem persists. Note that you will lose face ID.
