iPhone restarting itself and no charging

Hello, i dropped my iPhone 6s and it caused 3 cracks on the upper left corner of the screen without reaching the screen area (the cracks on the black area next to selfie camera) but what i realised is the phone is restarting it self and when i connect charger it doesn’t charge and every time it restarts it gives different battery percentage when i tried to see the battery information it doesn’t give me any info and it keeps loading the info screen.

is this battery issue, and does replacing the battery solve the issue? or is it more complex hardware issue?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hmm...kind of hard to say. The battery connector shield could have come off which holds the battery connector down. Although if the front facing camera was damaged it could be causing a short. I suggest opening it up and seeing first if the battery connector (bottom right) is loose.

Also the display camera ribbons near the top right of the screen could have also become dislodged if that shield came off too. I know I’m not being too helpful but you really need to open it up so we can have more info.

Sounds like the battery connector BSI point is not connected properly. So check the battery first connect perfectly to PCB.
