Undetectable root, I find encoded, hidden file codes manifest trees

I’ve downloaded apps to check for root and nothing, however after my husband has my phone sometimes I can find hidden system apps that look like they are manifest tree type things, I have found system info build pages and has model and ask version information, it says system app FALSE it has package version and build ID, there is so many different index logs, event and debug logs, it’s like there are two different phones merged into one and I can only access my side but when he has my phone and his fingerprints he is allowed other access. Help how do I get my phone back to normal.
