Wifi not detecting any signals- no wifi connection!

I have read the "answers" but don't see a solution. Am I missing something? Does anyone know how,where to fix this problem. Or is it not fixable on such an old devise?

well, what have you tried thus far? How did your dilemma start? All of a sudden or did something preceed this?

Actually it just happened- No changes, one day it was working the next day not. I have tried many of the suggestions online- resetting the wifi, restoring default settings, etc. all to no avail

Same issue. After searching on my Good Friend GOOGLE. It would appear this is a common issue along with the battery not lasting.

Any help on how to change the WiFi module on iPhone 3G would be appreciated.

Also, check on here It explains an attempt to fix the WiFi module. One more link about repairing WiFi module The module is available for purchase but somewhat costly and PITA to replace. I do hope that this gives a bit of insight as to what is involved and what you may have to try.....http://www.bestofferbuy.com/Genuine-Repa... you could also tr y to repalce the WiFi Network Connector Antenna Flex Cable and see if it makes a difference. It is relative inexpensive compared to the rest. Good Luck
