It is a board standoff and shows it going to ground. These types do not go through the board. The BS stands for board standoff and the four numbers that follow is the location on the board.
I hope this is not for an exam that you were supposed to research yourself.

U mean screws?
@seif_mohamed No they are not screws. Think of them like a type of nut that is soldered to the board. They provide a fastener for the screws which hold down the shields covering the front panel connectors.
