iMac 21.5" Black Screen Diagnostic LEDs All Green

Hey guys!

Recently bought an imac to repair and flip, just replaced the logic board, but upon turning the machine on and hearing the chime, the screen remains black.

I tried shining my phone on it to see if the blacklight was bad, but no luck. All 4 diagnostic LEDs on the motherboard are green and lit up.

Any ideas?

Answer this question I have this problem too

You likely need a brighter light to see the faint image of the desktop and its icons. I use a LED flashlight and its not easy to see if you have a bright room.

My money is on the iMac Intel 21.5" EMC 2428 LED Driver Board needing repairs or the cable is not connecting (bad or damaged connectors on either the display or the logic board)

I just replaced the backlight driver board and same thing. I'm guessing either tbe LCD cable or the LCD itself is bad.

Upon further inspection, the backlight is still faulty. Maybe I received a bad driver board
