Left joycon no longer work attached after water spill

I accidentally spilled water on my switch, after some testing both of my joycons are working on a different device but any left joycon ist being detected in handheld mode but does charge.

Any one knows what to do?

I guess the only way is to clean with a nylon brush. Same happened to mine and you can see the corrosion on the contacts. Mine works but not consistently.

Hello,

This might be due to corrosion on the connector, so plugging in and out the joycon a couple of time should remove the corrosion.
