Is the battery compatible with both 220 V and 110 V?

iv ordered a battery for my new iphone 4 which i got from canada ( was brought to me by some one ) and when i got it it had a problem where it rebooted randomly and every few min while charging

after searching around the net i understand it might be a battery problem

the phone was charged only via voltage converter ...

( but dunno if whoever brought it to me did the same )

so my question is does it matter if i plug it into the wall charger without the converter ? ( is the battery affected by 220 V /100V )

thanks .

The battery should not be affected by that. Ultimately your phone will still receive the same voltage. In this case it is regulated by the different AC adapters. It does not matter if it is 220-5V or 110-5volt. your error does sound like a battery problem. I would try to replace the one you got, and/or try to recharge with a local AC adapter without the need for a voltage converter.
