Does not power on

I got water spilled logic board, i have already clean it

but the strange thing the it does not power on and the charge light goes from amber to green for a second, but if i disconnect battery and plug it it again then i turn it on, well it turns it on again by it self

i can use the laptop but i cannot shut it down or i will have to take it apart again and disconnect the battery

does anyone have a clue what is going on

p.s i have reset the smc

See if after you've started the system you can plug in the battery. Did the system shut down on you? If it did then you likely need a new battery

Did have a spare battery to test but with no luck

This sounds like you still have damage from the spill. Did you fully remove the logic board? I would start there. Inspect the back side.

yes i inspect the chip, but it can be some soldier balls underneath is damage? its glue to the board and i dont have skills to reball it

Was there damage even visible? Use the image I posted to compare yours to.

At this point you'll need to decide if you can get someone to fix your logic board or you'll need to replace it.
