missing step in belt how do you remove the motor compartment panel

STEP 9-STEP 9-you left out the hardest part. I have spent 1hr trying to remove the motor compartment panel. There has to be a trick to it! But why ? Why ? Not put it in!!!! arggggg!!!

Of course you can post pictures with your QUESTION showing where you are stuck and what it is that you cannot remove etc. Maybe we can assist you with the repair.
