I wanted everything to be unblocked on my chromebook but ipsd.org blocks it so I want to unenroll it. I have been reshaearching but that did not work.

This is a Chromebook Enterprise lock and it is in managed state (enterprise enrollment).

I really do not understand what to do because it was from ipsd.org a school district and I do not know the admin of my chromebook

Can I reprogram my Chromebook to do that
