Fake charging sign only

3gs 16gb white is working on charged battery . when we put the charger or usb in the phone acting like normal but not charging properly. it syncing as normal uploading data on phone normally. it shows charging sign only but battery percentage is not adding .

I have put the working logic board from other phone to test dock connecter , battery all working. battery is normally charging .

i have checked the fuse on the board at battery connecter side all normal. but voltage is not coming to charging connecter on board. there is no reading on the back side of the board while in charging .

SIMRAN,

It sounds like you might've inadvertently solved this yourself. If I read this correctly. Your iPhone wasn't charging...so you swapped in a logic board from another phone and everything worked ok right? Which automatically rules out connectors and battery...and leaves two options:

1: Blown charging fuse on the logic board.

2: Fried charging circuitry on the logic board.

Check out OldTurkey's answer here. You can check/try replacing the fuse first...much cheaper than a new logic board! If that doesn't work, it unfortunately sounds like the logic board may be toast.

i have checked the fuses also all ok . i have made a jumpers in the charging circuits still same . there are 2 glass ics near the power management ic. i have removed them and made a jumpers but still same . no power coming to battery connecters
