screen is white but the model is vivofit jr but it's not an option

I have a small elastic band garmin fitbit i was checking somthing on it and the button stopped working then the screen turned white and it’s stuck like that how do i fix it???

Options

Replace the battery or send it back. There’s not much you can do in that little space.
